I'm excited to announce that I am now a certified Level Two practitioner of past life regression using QHHT®, as developed by Dolores Cannon.
What is QHHT®? Dolores says it best, "Quantum Healing Hypnosis Techniqueâ„ (QHHT®) allows people to access a part of themselves that holds all the answers. Some people call this the Higher Self, the Over Soul, the Super Conscious. With QHHT®, clients are able to have a much clearer understanding of why things are the way they are — and to ultimately create change within themselves."

QHHT® allows you to experience and learn from your other lives, your times between-lives, and ultimately, to connect directly to your Higher Self. For several years now, I have been searching for a way to allow non-NDErs to safely experience the amazing learning and healing that can come from having a near-death experience. QHHT® is a powerful method for allowing you to receive some of the many benefits of a near-death experience, while you are still alive.
Please keep in mind that the nature of these sessions requires them to be performed in person. I cannot perform a PLR/QHHT session remotely. You are welcome to schedule a time with me here in Arizona, or check with my travel schedule to see when I might be in your area.

Who Can Benefit?
​
Anyone who desires to learn from their past lives, get information directly from their Higher Self, experience a life review, find out their purpose, or receive healing energy directly from Source can benefit from this technique.

Age requirement: You must be at least 18 years old (in this life) to have a QHHT® session from me; there is no upper age limit.
​
Language requirement: You must be able to speak and understand English.
​
Medical requirement: you must be able to hear clearly. If you communicate via sign language, this type of session will not work for you. Hearing aids are OK as long as you can hear conversation at normal volume clearly.
​
Important Mental health note: If you have been diagnosed with bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, or dissociative identity disorder (or suspect you may have one of these), this type of session is not for you.

How Long Does it Take and What is the Cost?
​
Now that I have my Level 2 certification, these sessions are valued at $400 (US). A $100 deposit is required to hold your appointment. If you are experiencing financial challenges, please let me know via email and I may be able to offer you a session with a sliding scale fee. I only offer a limited number of these each month, so please let me know as soon as you can that you would like a sliding scale session.

Time Commitment: Each Past Life Regression + QHHT session lasts 4 to 5 hours. If you want only the past life portion, that is about 3 hours.

Full Past Life Regression / QHHT Session (4 to 5 hours, total)

Before your session begins, please prepare a list of questions that you would like to address. These could be questions pertaining to anything you would like more information about: relationship challenges, job issues, your purpose in this life, or even whether you are on track with your spiritual growth. You can also ask about health issues that you have. Some clients like to ask esoteric questions, such as the nature of ancient civilizations, other life in the universe, and the nature of soul energy. It's up to you.

Once you have your list of questions, please prioritize them. Indicate the top 5 to 10 questions you want to focus on during your session.
​
When we meet for your session, we will spend about an hour talking about your life and what your reason is for going through a past life regression. During this time I will review your list of questions and make sure I understand what you want to focus on with your Higher Self.
​
Then I will induce a state of deep hypnosis in you, and bring you to the most appropriate past life for you to review. Next, during hypnosis, I will take you to your time in the afterlife and have you review the life you just had, as well as any lessons that you learned. Once this portion is complete, then I will ask your Higher Self / Oversoul to speak. This is where I will ask the questions you have prepared, and get as much information directly from your Higher Self.
Once your Higher Self has finished, I will bring you out of trance and we will review your session together. I will also create your session recording for you on a thumb drive so that you can listen to it again in the future.
Past Life Regression Only (About 3 hours, total)

I offer Past Life Regressions as a separate, standalone opportunity to learn about a past life. This is a shorter session where you would get only the past life information, not the full QHHT.
​
As with all regressions, these must be done in-person only.
​
When we meet for your session, we will spend a little time talking about your life and what your reason is for going through a past life regression.
​
Then I will induce a state of deep hypnosis in you, and bring you to the most appropriate past life for you to review. We will step through that life and I will give you the opportunity to reflect on that life and its lessons. Then I will bring you back to the present where we will review the information you learned from the past life.
I will also create your session recording for you on a thumb drive so that you can listen to it again in the future.
