This month's topic is the Power and Energy of your Personal Story, with guest speaker Amy Collette.
From our guest speaker Amy: Storytelling with the intention to help others heal can heal the storyteller as well as the audience. The long tradition of oral storytelling connects us to each other, to ourselves, and to gratitude. Telling a story that I used to think was too shameful to share led to a breakthrough of understanding for me and a deep connection with the people who heard it.
During our time together, I'll share an exercise designed to show you the power of looking at your experiences in a new light.
